Any cruise line has Resident rate promotions on some ships or itineraries. They depend on the season, departure port, etc. Sometimes there are resident promotions for specific states only.

When you inquire about a ship and itinerary always ask if they have a promotion for your state. If you qualify for such promotion you should book in advance – the promotions are for limited number of cabins and when the cabins are sold out, the promotion is closed.
